1. GENERAL CONTEST TERMS
1.1. Applicability

19. AGE-SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
19.1. Contests for Adults (18+)

20. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION RIGHTS
20.1. Right to Modify
Sponsor Reserves Right:
Sponsor may, in its sole discretion: – Modify Contest Rules at any time – Modify Contest structure, timing, or prizes – Extend or shorten entry period – Change winner selection method (with notice)
Notice of Modifications: – Posted on Contest page – Effective immediately upon posting – Continued participation constitutes acceptance
20.2. Right to Cancel or Suspend
Cancellation/Suspension Authority:
Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify Contest if: – Fraud or technical failures compromise integrity – Virus, bug, or unauthorized intervention occurs – Administration, security, or fairness compromised – Force majeure event occurs – Legal requirements demand cancellation – Any factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control
Effect: – Contest may be terminated without awarding prizes – Winners may be selected from eligible entries received before termination – Decisions at Sponsor’s sole discretion
20.3. Force Majeure
Excused Performance:
Sponsor not liable for failure to perform obligations due to: – Acts of God (natural disasters, weather events) – War, terrorism, or civil unrest – Government actions or regulations – Strikes or labor disputes – Pandemics or health emergencies – Technical failures beyond Sponsor’s control – Any other cause beyond reasonable control
20.4. Dispute Over Rules
Interpretation: – Sponsor’s interpretation of Rules is final – Ambiguities resolved in Sponsor’s favor – No obligation to provide explanations – Decisions not subject to appeal
21. ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
21.1. Entire Agreement

Constitute entire agreement regarding the Contest.
21.2. Waiver
No Implied Waiver: – Sponsor’s failure to enforce any Rule does not waive that Rule – Waiver must be in writing and signed by authorized representative – Waiver of one violation does not waive subsequent violations
21.3. Severability
Invalid Provisions: – If any provision invalid, illegal, or unenforceable – Remaining provisions remain in full force – Invalid provision modified to be enforceable to maximum extent
21.4. Captions and Headings

Limited Parties: – These Rules do not create rights for third parties – Only Sponsor and entrants have rights under these Rules – Released Parties are intended third-party beneficiaries for liability purposes
21.7. Language
English Language Controls: – These Rules prepared in English – Any translation for convenience only – English version controls in case of conflict
21.8. Electronic Signature
Digital Acceptance: – Clicking “I Agree,” “Enter,” or similar constitutes electronic signature – Legally binding and enforceable – Equivalent to handwritten signature

Administrator: The entity responsible for managing Contest operations (may be Sponsor or third party).
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): Sponsor’s good faith determination of prize’s retail value.
Authorized Account Holder: Person assigned email address or social media account by service provider.
Contest: Any sweepstakes, contest, giveaway, or prize promotion governed by these Rules.
Contest Period: Time period during which entries accepted (from start date/time to end date/time).
Entrant: Person who submits entry to Contest.
Entry: Submission meeting all Contest requirements.
Immediate Family: Spouse, parents, children, and siblings.
Released Parties: Sponsor and all affiliated entities, officers, directors, employees, and agents released from liability.
Rules: These Official Contest Rules and any Contest-specific rules.
Sponsor: TheMagazineCity.com, LLC, the entity conducting the Contest.
Winner: Person selected to receive prize and who completes all verification requirements.
APPENDIX B: PROHIBITED STATES AND RESTRICTIONS
States Requiring Registration
Contests in the following states may require special registration or bonding: – Florida (prizes over $5,000) – New York (prizes over $5,000) – Rhode Island
If such registration not completed, Contest void in that state.
States with Special Requirements
