Rihanna was a dream in blue when she went to The Fashion Awards 2019 in London on Dec. 2. The vocalist picked to wear head-to-toe blue from her image Fenty and she flaunted her voluptuous figure in a strapless metallic small scale dress with a bodice top that secured in her little abdomen and flaunted significant cleavage. The base portion of the skirt was overly short and had a modest cut in favor of her leg. Over her dress, she wore a long-sleeve sheer tulle conservative pullover which was around her neck with precious stone ties.
