Tom Selleck Says ‘Persons Of Nobility’s Will End After Season 14: ‘Individuals Aren’t Prepared To Bid Farewell’

Assuming it were doing ‘Blue Bloods’ legend Tom Selleck, the long-running CBS series wouldn’t be reaching a conclusion after 14 seasons.

Blue Bloods fans were stunned when CBS reported that the police show would end after season 14. In another meeting, Tom Selleck, a.k.a. Magistrate Forthright Reagan, conceded that he doesn’t think the show is over the hill.

“CBS will find a truckload of individuals aren’t prepared to express farewell to it,” the entertainer, 78, told TV Insider. “The show’s more well known than any other time in recent memory, and I think [numbers] will increment with the interest this year. We’re unquestionably not out of thoughts.”

In November 2023, CBS uncovered that the last season would be parted into two sections. Season 14 will debut on February 16, with the subsequent part circulating in fall 2024.

Showrunner Kevin Wade noted in a new TV Insider interview that Persons of nobility’s consummation isn’t permanently established at this point. Project part Will Estes is confident that the show will have a noteworthy end. “There have been times we attempted to respect what the fans most care about. Ring the chime clearly enough, and there’s a decent opportunity they’ll get what they need. We as a whole need to make a dramatic exit,” Will said.

Persons of nobility will be going out on top. The CBS show is Friday’s #1 early evening program and the #3 transmission dramatization on TV. The show’s last season will keep on being a staple on Friday evenings. New episodes of Individuals of high standing will air Fridays at 10 p.m. on CBS.
