Rapper Cardi B has staggered in a figure-embracing orange dress, a similar night her better half Offset was associated with a police episode.

The female cop at that point tells the rapper he was being caught on the grounds that somebody purportedly observed firearms being waved from the vehicle. “That has nothing to do with why we’re here.
