Hilaria Baldwin (conceived Hilaria Thomas in 1984 in Majorca, Spain) is a yoga educator and wellness business person. Hilaria has been an instructor of move and wellness for over 10 years, and frequently consolidates strategies from those foundations into her yoga lessons. She opened the Yoga Vida studio in New York City in 2010, which offers 65-minute Vinyasa classes.

Individual Life:
As a youngster, Hilaria took expressive dance, gymanstics and flamenco moving. When she was 13, she started Latin traditional dancing. Hilaria met Alec Baldwin in Feb. 2011, and they wedded in June 2012. They have two kids together, Carmen Gabriela, 1, and Rafael Thomas, conceived in June 2015.
