Kate Walsh Is Returning To ‘Grey’s Anatomy’: ‘Dr. Addison Montgomery Is Coming Back’

Kate Walsh just uncovered she’ll repeat her job of Dr. Addison Montgomery in Season 18 of ‘Dim’s Anatomy’. Watch the declaration, here.

Season 18 of Gray’s Anatomy is bringing back a fan-most loved person and it’s as a matter of fact Kate Walsh‘s Dr. Addison Montgomery. The entertainer took to online media on Thursday, Sept. 2, to make the declaration and fans went wild.

“Alrighty then — would you look what it’s identity is. That is correct my loves — Dr. Addison Montgomery is returning to Gray Sloan Memorial Hospital, and I’m so eager to be home once more,” Kate said in a video shared on Twitter.

TVLine, who originally detailed the news before Kate’s affirmation on the web, asserts the entertainer will be back for different scenes, so it will not be a speedy visitor stretch like she’s done previously, following her exit from the series toward the finish of Season 3.

As many Gray’s fans should know, Kate made her truly significant presentation in the Season 1 finale as Derek’s better half. She remained on the show for two full seasons prior to leaving in 2007 to star in the Gray’s side project Private Practice, which ran until 2013.

In 2017, Kate conceded that she’d be available to getting back to Gray’s, telling TVLine, “I feel like we wrapped it up. I’m not saying if [series creator] Shonda [Rhimes] resembled, ‘We’re going to do an extremely unique scene of Gray’s the place where… ‘ But she actually deliberately, we did everything. We had the side project, and we had all that. It was an astonishing encounter and excursion.”

Dim’s Anatomy, which originally appeared on ABC in spring 2005, is starting off its eighteenth season on Sept. 30 at 9/8c.
