Following 21 years together, Erika Jayne and Tom Girardi have given it up. “After much thought, I have chosen to end my union with Tom Girardi,” The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star said in an assertion to E! News on Tuesday. “This isn’t a stage messed with or effectively,” she kept, clarifying, “I have incredible love and regard for Tom and for our years and the lives we fabricated together.”
Erika proceeded to demand protection during this time. “It is my outright desire to continue through this cycle with deference and with the protection that both Tom and I merited,” she stated, adding, “I demand others give us that security too.”
Erika, 49, and Tom, 81, who got married in 1999, met at Chasen’s in West Hollywood, where Erika was serving mixed drinks, she wrote in her 2018 journal Pretty Mess. The two immediately hit it off and were locked in a half year later. Erika’s association with Tom denotes her subsequent marriage. She recently marry Thomas Zizzo, who she shares 26-year-old child Tommy Zizzo with.
The Bravo star has confronted numerous requests throughout the years about her apparently capricious union with Tom. While she seldom examines her marriage on the show, Erika conceded that she’s “managed” with inquiries concerning her sexual coexistence and the couple’s 32-year age hole “until the end of time.”
